Welcome to the wonderful Salzburg region in Saalbach Hinterglemm. Landhaus Simone is located right at the heart of Saalbach in the beautiful Glemm Valley, which belongs to the Kitzbüheler Alps. The fantastic panorama of this fascinating mountainous landscape distinguishes our region as the hot spot for winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds as well as active vacationers in summer. Our Landhaus Simone is located in the middle of the Pinzgau Mountains. The spacious apartment house in alpine style offers our guests a perfect retreat to enjoy and relax. Our 3 apartments are of different sizes, and each offers space for several people. Couples, families or groups of friends are all warmly welcome in our four walls! We would like our guests to see it as a “home away from home“ with us.
Welcome to Saalbach
Saalbach Hinterglemm and the region are so colorful and rich in possibilities that one holiday alone is not enough to see and experience everything. In our Landhaus Simone, you are in the middle of the „Home of Lässig“ and not far from various stores and sports shops, as well as restaurants with local specialties and some bars. Of course, you can always treat yourself to a break in the apartments of our country house, which is located above the village, if you feel like it. From there, you are just a step away from putting up your feet and relaxing on the terrace, enjoying the peace and wonderful view of the valley.
Winter
The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is a very modern ski area and one of the best and largest in Austria. All winter sports enthusiasts will get their money’s worth here. It also has a lot to offer to freeriders or powder snow skiers. Our Simone country house is only 150 meters away from the nearest exit (No. 151) and 300 meters from the Kohlmais lift. The practice slope and meeting point of the Saalbach ski school is located directly by the Kohlmais. After a sporty day on the slopes you can end your day at one of the numerous, rustic ski huts, providing traditional delicacies. If skiing hasn’t tired you out enough and you are still itching for action, then one of the many Après-ski parties is just right for you.
Summer
For hikers and bikers, Saalbach Hinterglemm is the Eldorado for various outdoor activities with sunshine and blooming landscapes. Sports enthusiasts, walkers, and families can’t go wrong with the Kohlmaisbahn, which takes you to 1,800 meters above sea level – from there, many different paths lead to the destination of your choice, depending on the level of difficulty. Overall, the region offers over 400 km of hiking trails, over 400 km of bike routes and trails, as well as 9 mountain railways to beginners and experts alike. Over 70 km of trails are available for daredevil downhillers and enduro bikers. This makes Saalbach Hinterglemm Austria’s largest bike region.
